STANDING RULES at PEBBLE BEACH FARMS
1. All swales* must remain free of landscaping debris, construction debris, household
debris, and other similar materials. A homeowner responsible for violation of this
standing rule will need to remedy the situation, on notification, or be billed for any costs
incurred by the Association for the purpose of clearing the debris.
2. Noise generating construction, or professional landscaping, will be allowed only during
the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. No construction or
professional landscaping will be permitted on Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays.
3. For new construction, and exterior construction requiring a Town permit, the building
plans must be provided to the Board for architectural review and approval. Failure to
obtain approval could result in denial to use the community roads by construction
vehicles, machinery, or equipment of a contractor at the Board’s discretion.
4. Disposal of any twigs, branches, or other landscaping waste in the common areas is
prohibited. A homeowner responsible for violation of this standing rule will need to
remedy the situation, on notification, or be billed any costs incurred by the Association for
the purpose of clearing the material.
5. The use of ATVs on roadways or common property within the Association is strictly
prohibited.
6. The use of skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, or other similar items are prohibited in the
Recreation area.
7. Use of the beach parking lot is limited to use as a parking area for lot owners and their
guests while using the beach facilities, and valid security tags must be displayed. The
storage of personal vehicles, trailers, RVs, or other vehicles, machinery, and equipment
in the beach parking lot is prohibited.
8. There shall be no regular parking on the swales of any vehicles, nor shall the swale be
used for construction material or dumpsters.
9. All dogs must be leashed when not on the owner’s lot and all lot owners and their guests
shall clean up their dog’s waste.
10. Fishing on the beach is not permitted within restricted areas.
11. Bonfires on the beach, or any other common area, are strictly prohibited.
12. Cars parked at the recreation area must display proper security tags.
*The swale is the 12-foot grassy area that is on each side of the paved roads. It is essential for stormwater runoff. The swale is considered part of the Common Property of the Association.
